Shabbat Shalom Hayye Sarah

Moments pass,

Days become years.

And this is our life, right now.

Hesed --kindness, compassion, generosity--

Calls us to the well,

Encourages us to reach deeply,

To discover our offerings

And then rise up full and able

To give our gifts with love.

May we know we are here for each other,

And sometimes we are the answer to each other’s prayers.

Sometimes through conscious effort,

Other times by being in the right place at the right time--

We are the answer to each other’s prayers.

Let this mysterious weaving of connection inspire our awareness

And give strength and purpose to our words and actions.
