Love that flows through us into the world Today we let our thoughts dwell on the experiences of the heart. Practice for today: We ask ourselves: In what situations do I feel generous and loving? When do I feel myself closing down and turning away? Who has loved me well? To whom have I opened my heart? Send forth Divine light and truth, they will guide me and bring me to the holy mountain, to where the Sacred Presence dwells. There I will come toward the Mystery in gladness and joy and give thanks.
