A Way In is now incorporated, and we have applied with the IRS under Section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code for recognition as an educational/religious organization able to accept tax deductible contributions. Although the IRS is still processing our application, so long as it ultimately recognizes our tax exempt status (and we are confident it will), current donations are tax deductible.
