Meditation Sits

Meditation is a singular practice that, on its deepest level, makes us aware of how we are connected to all life. Something powerful is added when meditating with others.

Tuesday morning "sits" offer an opportunity to come together for 25 minutes of silent meditation. The session usually begins and ends with a short teaching from Rabbi Yael. Many participants find that spending even that short time in silence makes a difference for their entire week.

The sits begin promptly in the Mishkan Shalom chapel at 8 a.m. and are finished before 8:30 a.m.
