Mishkan Shalom members have made a meal for the Eastern Delaware Valley Life Center every second Monday for the last twenty years. The Life Center, at 63
rd and Market Street, has room to house 35 people. It also opens its doors every dinner time at 7PM to whoever needs a meal. Many of our school families have participated in this and some that were not school families have been part of the group. It is an easy project to do. You make something you like to make for a meal or buy something that is needed and show up at 6:45 with the food. We ask you to stay until 7:30 when we finish serving if you can but you don’t have to stay. We are looking for new participators.
