Beginning Mahjong

This ancient Chinese tile game involves skill, concentration and luck. Learn the rules of the game and winning strategies then play! A great class for new players and those needing a refresher course. Hands-on instruction while you play.  Taught by Leah Feigenbaum – Mah-Jongg Enthusiast and Player for over 30 years.  

Classes are Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 9 pm at Mishkan Shalom.  6 classes beginning Thursday, February 23 through March 29. Members $72; Non-members $90.  If money is a problem, please contact Rabbi Linda for a scholarship.

Each class builds on the previous.  The teacher reviews each week and sends out notes so if you need to miss a class, it's not a problem.  We need a minimum of 8 people to run the class so register early by contacting the office at office@mishkan.org or 215.508.0226 x0.
